Injectable Use
Adults
- Ovarian cancer (metastatic): 135 mg per m2 body surface area for 24 hours every 3 weeks, or 175 mg per m2 body surface for 3 hours every 3 weeks.
- Breast cancer: 175 mg per m2 body surface, for 3 hours every 3 weeks.
