Marroio is a medicinal plant, also known as spearmint or thick leaf spearmint, widely used to treat respiratory problems, such as cough or phlegm.
The scientific name of the hedgehog is Marrubium vulgare and can be purchased at health food stores and some drugstores.

How to use the horseradish
All parts of the heath can be used.
- Infusion of horseradish: put 1 tablespoon (of dessert) of dried leaves and flowers in 1 cup of boiling water. Let stand for 10 minutes and strain. Take 3 times a day.
