Queyrat erythroplakia is a pre-cancerous red lesion that develops in the penis, predominantly in older men, with a prevalence peak at 65-74 years of age. The floor of the mouth, tongue and soft palate are the most common sites of involvement, and multiple lesions may be present. This disorder usually occurs in uncircumcised men.
