Ursofalk is a medicine indicated to dissolve stones in the gallbladder, being also indicated for the treatment of gastritis, biliary reflux and biliary cirrhosis.
This remedy has in its composition Ursodeoxycholic Acid, an acid found naturally in human bile capable of dissolving gallstones of cholesterol.

How to take
Usually, the recommended dose varies according to the patient's weight, and the following dosages are generally indicated:
- Up to 60 kg weight: 2 capsules per day;
- Between 60 and 80 kg of weight: 3 capsules per day;
- Between 81 and 100 kg of weight: 4 capsules per day.
The capsules should be taken at bedtime without splitting or chewing, together with 1 glass of water.
Side effects
Some of the side effects of Ursofalk may include loose stools, diarrhea, calcification of gallstones or urticaria.
Contraindications
Ursofalk is contraindicated in patients with acute inflammation of the gallbladder or biliary tract, occlusion of the canal or biliary tract, biliary colic, calcified gallstones or decreased contractility of the gallbladder and for patients with bile acid allergy or any of the components of formula.
