Estradiol is the main active compound of the drug sold commercially under the name Cliane.
Indications
Common complications after 1 year of menopause, such as heat waves, urogenital atrophy and osteoporosis.
Contraindications
Cancer, pregnancy, endometriosis, thrombophlebitis, severe heart disease, sickle cell anemia, diabetes mellitus, liver disease, jaundice, pruritus or severe kidney disease.
Side effects
Irregular bleeding, migraine, breast pain or tenderness, nausea, gastric disturbances, weight changes and libido changes.
How to use
1 tablet per day to the end of the carton.
