This medicine is an antiarrhythmic drug that acts on the heart by blocking the sodium and potassium channels of the heart cells, which reduces palpitations and treats arrhythmias. Disopyramide may also be known commercially as Dicloral.

How to take

Contraindications
Disopyramide is contraindicated in patients with mild arrhythmia or atrial block of the second or third degree, on treatment with antiarrhythmics, diseases or problems in the kidneys or liver and for patients with allergy to any of the components of the formula.
In addition, patients with a history of urinary retention, angle-closure glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, or low blood pressure should talk to their doctor before starting treatment.
