How to take
Under medical indication the initial dose used is 1.8 mg per 1 kg body weight every 3 weeks for a maximum period of 12 months. If necessary and according to medical indication, this dose may be lowered to 1.2 mg per kg of body weight.

Side effects
Some of the side effects of Brentuximab may include shortness of breath, fever, infection, itching, hives on the skin, back pain, nausea, difficulty breathing, weakening of the hair, tightness in the chest, weakening of the hair, muscle pain or changes results of blood tests.
Contraindications
