Two good home remedies for starving are pineapple juice with cucumber or the strawberry vitamin with carrot that should be made and taken in the afternoon snack and at mid-morning because they are rich in fiber that help decrease appetite, in addition of vitamins, minerals that enrich and feed.
Pineapple and cucumber juice
This juice, besides being rich in fibers that diminish the appetite, has flaxseed, which creates a gel in the stomach and gives satiety, further decreasing the desire to eat.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed powder
- 1 medium green cucumber
- 2 slices of pineapple
- Half a glass of water
Method of preparation
Cut the cucumber into pieces, then remove the peel from the pineapple and cut the two slices into smaller pieces. Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until turning a homogeneous mixture and without large pieces.
One should drink a glass of this juice in the morning in fasting and another glass at night.
Strawberry and carrot vitamin
This vitamin has: strawberry, carrot, apple, mango and orange, which are foods rich in fiber that decrease appetite. In addition, there is yogurt, which because it is rich in protein, gives more satiety by removing hunger.
Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 sleeve
- 6 strawberries
- 150 ml natural yoghurt
Method of preparation
Peel the carrots, apple, mango and orange and put in the blender. Add the strawberries and finally the yogurt, beating well until creamy.
These ingredients give for 2 cups of this vitamin. Drink 1 glass before lunch and another before dinner.
