1. Apple juice with pear, melon and ginger
All the ingredients of this juice have diuretic properties, being a great way to reduce the swelling of the body. This juice is indicated for cases of swollen legs, swollen legs in postpartum and in case of swelling throughout the body.

- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 apple
- 1 slice of melon
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 glass of water
Method of preparation

3. Spinach, apple, lemon and ginger juice
