To increase the relative air humidity rate at home or at the office you can:
- Connecting an Air Humidifier on-site
- Leave a bowl or bucket filled with warm water in the enclosure
- Wet a bath towel and spread it on the spot
- Do not connect the air conditioner to the air blower
Other measures to protect yourself from the dry climate are not exercising in the hottest hours of the day, wearing light clothing and drinking lots of fluids.
The relative air humidity rate is the amount of air circulating in the atmosphere when it is at levels lower than 15%. It can pose serious health problems such as fever, difficulty breathing, dry cough, runny nose and poor cerebral oxygenation.
