Jatoba peel is great for healing wounds because it has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that facilitate healing and prevent infection, and antioxidant and stimulant action, which help the development of a new smooth and soft skin.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of jatoba peel
- 1 liter of water
Method of preparation
Put the properly cleaned peels in a pan along with the water and boil for 15 minutes. Then let cool, strain and drink the next. Tea can also be used to wash wounds. Simply soak a gauze or a cotton ball in this tea and apply on the wound, leaving it to act for 15 to 20 minutes.
When the wound begins to create a "cone" it should not be removed because it protects against the entry of microorganisms. What you can do to help with healing is to take 1 cup of orange juice concentrate because it is rich in vitamin C, which helps in the regeneration of tissues.
