A great home remedy for scarlet fever is milky tea, as this medicinal plant, also known as mil-leaves, has analgesic, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties that help in the treatment of scarlet fever. Method of preparation
Put the thousand-odd leaves in the water and let it boil. After boiling, let stand for 20 minutes, strain and drink up to 3 cups of tea per day.
