Patchouli Tea
The tea of this plant has a tranquilizing, sedative, hypotensive and analgesic effect, being a great option to treat the headache or to relieve the stress, for example. To prepare this tea, dried leaves of this plant are used and this is prepared as follows:
- Ingredients: 1 tablespoon dried Patchouli leaves;
- How to prepare: Place the dried leaves of the plant in a pan with 1 liter of boiling water, boiling the mixture for 10 minutes over medium heat. After that time, turn off the heat, cover and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes. Coar before drinking.
It is recommended to drink 2 to 3 cups of this tea per day, as needed.
