Some symptoms of eating disorders are:
- Finding that you are overweight even if you have a BMI that is adequate or below ideal,
- Lack of appetite, followed by moments of gluttony,
- Do not wear clothing that exposes the body,
- Excessively use laxatives and diuretics,
- Frequent trips to the bathroom shortly after meals,
- Little interest in affective relationships,
- Carry out very strict diets,
- Anxiety and depression.
Some examples of eating disorders are: Bulimia, Anorexia and Eating Compulsion. Food dictatorships are serious diseases and must be treated by a psychologist.
