- 1 onion;

- 1 carrot;

- Water.
Method of preparation:
- Put the bones in a pan, cover with water and add the vinegar, letting the mixture rest for 1 hour;
- Bring to a high heat until boiling and remove the foam that forms on the surface until the broth is clear, which takes about 20 to 30 minutes;
- Reduce the temperature and add the vegetables, letting the broth cook over low heat for 4 to 48 hours. The longer you cook, the more concentrated and rich in nutrients the broth will remain.

How to Store the Broth
The broth of bones should be stored in glass or plastic containers in small portions, with about 1 shell each. It can stay in the refrigerator for about 5 days, and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
If you prefer, instead of taking the liquid broth, it should be left to cook for 24 to 48 hours so that it has a texture of gelatin, which can be stored in ice forms.
