High pressure; congestive heart failure (post-myocardial infarction).

How to use Trandolapril
Oral use
- Administer 1 mg of Trandolapril in a single daily dose. According to the clinical response the dose should be increased over a period of 7 days. It is important to stop taking diuretics 2 to 3 days before you start using this medicine. (in severe cases, when diuretics are necessary, Trandolapril should be used cautiously).
