An easy-to-prepare home remedy for tired leg is orange leaf tea because they are rich in flavonoids and vitamin C that help lessen the discomfort of feeling tired legs.
Ingredients
- 30 g of orange leaves
- 20 g of coarse salt
- 3 liters of water
Method of preparation
Boil for 5 minutes the leaves of the orange tree in 3 liters of water. Then add the coarse salt and wash the legs with the tea still warm, keeping your feet soaking until the water cools.
Washes should be done before bed to reduce swelling and tiredness of the legs.
