How to use Pernate
Oral use
Adults
- Depression: Start treatment with 30 mg daily in divided doses. If necessary after 2 weeks, increase the dose by 10 mg per day at intervals of 1 to 3 weeks, up to a maximum of 60 mg per day. The maintenance dose usually stays at 10 to 40 mg daily.
- Panic: Start treatment with 10 mg in the morning for 4 days. Increase the dose gradually, for 2 weeks to a maximum of 20 to 30 mg per day.
