Indications
High blood pressure, stable angina pectoris, pulmonary arterial hypertension.
Contraindications
Acute myocardial infarction, hypotension, heart failure, sinus node disease, advanced aortic stenosis, unstable angina, pregnancy, porphyria and angina pectoris after AMI.
Adverse effects
Headache, flushing, feeling of warmth in the face, dizziness, lethargy, depression, paresthesia, myalgia, tremor, tachycardia, palpitations, gravitational edema, nausea, erythema, pruritus, urticaria, constipation, diarrhea, visual disturbance, sexual impotence, hyperplasia gynecomastia, jaundice, cholestasis, initial hyperglycemia.
How to use
10mg tablet twice daily. Up to 20 mg, 3 times daily.
