The base of the salad is watercress, which acts as a home remedy against psoriasis, and so one can vary the other ingredients of the salad for a diverse diet, but at the same time contains good doses of watercress.

Method of preparation
Place a few leaves and stalks of watercress and chopped lettuce on a platter and add the other ingredients as desired.
Season with the pure juice of 1 lemon, drizzle with olive oil and a little oregano. Accompany with a plate of white rice and lean grilled meat, such as chicken breast or turkey breast, for example.
The watercress can also be consumed braised. To do this, simply chop a few leaves and stems of watercress and place it in an anti-stick frying pan along with a string of olive oil, finely chopped garlic and a little salt. But preference should be given to the consumption of the raw watercress, since its medicinal properties are larger and better.
