Rhinitis is an inflammation of the membranes (mucous membranes) lining the nose internally. When it persists for more than 3 weeks it is called chronic rhinitis. In this case, your symptoms include:

The treatment for chronic rhinitis should be done with the use of antihistamines and nasal decongestants that provide the relief of the symptoms offering a better quality of life to the individual.

Some care can prevent the onset of a rhinitis crisis, such as keeping the individual's room clean and airy, avoiding plush, curtains or objects that accumulate dust, avoid smoking and pollution.
