- 400 g of salmon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 medium rounded potatoes
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Parsley, rosemary, olive oil and salt to taste
- For the sauce:
- 1/4 small glass of capers
- 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 orange juice
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- Parsley to taste
Method of preparation:
Season the salmon with the herbs, a pinch of salt and the lemon juice, leaving in that mixture for at least 30 minutes to incorporate the flavor. In a baking dish, cover the bottom with the potato slices and water with a little oil, then placing the salmon slices on top and the seasoning that has been marinating. Sprinkle with a little more olive oil and bring to a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
For the sauce, it is necessary to drain the capers that will be used and to wash them with water, to remove the excess of salt. In a frying pan over low heat, heat the butter, add the capers, the orange juice and the parsley, also placing the cornstarch dissolved in a little water. Stir everything quickly and turn off the heat.
Remove the cooked salmon from the oven and pour the sauce with capers over.
Afternoon snack - Fruit salad with honey and oats
The red fruits are rich in vitamin C, which helps to improve circulation, while honey increases the production of sex hormones. To top it all, oats give energy to intimacy.
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl composed of strawberries, blueberries, açaí and banana;
- 1 tablespoon honey;

In a very hot frying pan, sauté the prawns for about five minutes until they become pink. Serve sprinkled with coriander to taste and lemon wedges, accompanied by white rice.
