The diuretic diet helps to lose weight by having few calories, favoring the proper functioning of the intestine and promoting detoxification of the body, but it is important to remember that this diet should not be done for more than 7 days in a row.

Ingredients:
- ½ cauliflower
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method of preparation:
Wash the cauliflower and dry. Then grate the cauliflower in a thick drain or shred it quickly from the processor or blender by using the pulse function. In a frying pan, sauté the onion and the garlic in the olive oil and add the cauliflower, leaving to braise for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley and serve instead of rice.
Diuretic soup recipe for dinner
This diuretic soup recipe is good to use every day for dinner for a week.
Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 4 medium carrots
- 300 g celery
- 1 medium green pepper
- 6 medium onions
- 2 liters of water
