Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon whole mustard grains
- Peel shavings and juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped coriander or parsley
- Black pepper just grinded
Method of preparation
Put the garlic, mustard, peel and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Add the olive oil, stirring constantly and add the coriander. Finally, put the pepper to taste.
