To make a relaxing herbal balm, which helps decrease muscle aches, one can use natural ingredients such as rosemary and lavender because these medicinal plants have properties that help relieve muscle pain and combat tiredness.
Ingredients
- 30 grams of rosemary sprigs
- 30 grams of lavender sprigs
- 3/4 liter of unscented mineral oil
Method of preparation
Put the ingredients in a pan in a water bath and simmer for 2 hours over low heat. Let the balm cool and strain into a glass container. When the balm is cool, transfer to smaller, capped vials and use as needed.
