A good home remedy for goose bumps, also called chills, is to take ginger tea because it improves blood circulation and fights the cold which is one of the main causes of goose bumps.
Ingredients
- 3 cm ginger root
- 500 ml of water
- 2 slices lemon in shell
- honey to taste
Method of preparation
Put the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for a few minutes. Then add the lemon wedges and 1 tablespoon honey. Drink this warm tea several times a day or whenever you feel it necessary.
This ginger tea with lemon also helps fight colds and flu, which can also be the cause of the chills.
