How to use Simdax

• The starting dose should be 12 to 24 mcg per kg of body weight for 10 minutes, followed by a continuous infusion of 0.1 mcg / kg / minute. Observe the clinical response after 30 minutes and if necessary readjust the dose to 0.2 mcg / kg / minute.
