When it should not be taken
Amfepramone hydrochloride should not be used by children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy or lactation, and also in case of chronic alcoholism; arteriosclerosis; cardiovascular disease; cerebral ischemia; glaucoma; states of agitation; moderate to severe hypertension; hyperthyroidism; history of drug abuse; uremia and psychosis.
