Alerfin is an antiallergic drug that has as active ingredient Beclomethasone dipropionate.
This nasal medication is used in the treatment of rhinitis and bronchial asthma. In addition to acting against allergies the active substance of this medicine is a potent local anti-inflammatory that helps decrease symptoms of various diseases of the respiratory system.
Despite the effectiveness of Alerfin, it may take up to 2 weeks for symptom improvement to be observed.
Alerfin Indications
Allergic rhinitis; vasomotor rhinitis; bronchial asthma.
Side effects of Alerfin
Local burning; irritation; dry nose; peptic ulcer; osteoporosis.
Contraindications of Alerfin
Pregnant or lactating women; children under 6 years; history of pulmonary tuberculosis; hypersensitive to the components of the formula.
How to use Alerfin
Nasal Use
Adults and children over 6 years old
- Shake the bottle before application and insert the nasal applicator into one nostril and close the other with your finger, inhale and press the bottle lightly, do the same on the other nostril. Two jets of the drug should be applied to each nostril once a day.
