Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup (200 ml) orange juice
Method of preparation
Add all the ingredients in the blender and beat well. Drink 2 glasses of juice daily.
In addition to this spinach juice, it is recommended that the individual increase the intake of fiber-rich foods to regulate the intestine, such as rice, linseed, oats, granola, watermelon, kiwi, mango, squash, chuchu, cabbage and broccoli.
