How to use Flurazepam (Dalmadorm)
The mode of use of Flurazepam may be 15 to 30 mg before bedtime (1/2 to 1 tablet). For patients over 65 or debilitated, the starting dose of 15 mg per day (1/2 tablet) is recommended.
Treatment should be as short as possible. Usually treatment varies from a few days to 2 weeks, up to a maximum of 4 weeks

The main side effects of Flurazepam include dry mouth, generalized itching, cramps, mental confusion, constipation, diarrhea, slurred speech, joint pain, weakness, lack of muscle coordination, bitter taste, excessive saliva, excessive sweating, redness in the skin, dizziness and vomiting.
Contraindications of Flurazepam (Dalmadorm)
Flurazepam is contraindicated for children, women during the first trimester of pregnancy, and patients with myasthenia gravis, severe or chronic pulmonary insufficiency, sleep apnea syndrome, liver problems, kidney disease or who are hypersensitive to benzodiazepines.
