Lupron's Bull

How to use Lupron
The mode of use of lupron is injected and may be:
Dose for daily use (subcutaneous use)
- Prostate cancer: 1 mg per day (0.2 ml).
Dose for prolonged use (intramuscular use)
- Endometriosis: 3.75 mg once monthly or 11.25 mg in a single injection.
- Anemia: 3.75 mg once a month for a maximum of 3 months or 11.25 mg in a single injection.
- Prostate cancer: 7.5 mg once a month or 22.5 mg once every 3 months. The duration of treatment is determined by the physician.
Side effects of Lupron
The side effects of lupron include hot flashes, nausea, vomiting, impotence, inflammation in the vagina, lack of menstruation, loss or weight gain, dizziness, depression, headache and weakness.
Contraindications of Lupron
Lupron is contraindicated in pregnancy risk X, lactating women, abnormal vaginal bleeding or hypersensitivity to any component of the formula.
