How to take
Milk of Magnesia should be taken orally, and may be diluted if necessary and the recommended doses are:
As Laxative:
- Adults : take about 30 to 60 ml per day;
- Children between 6 and 11 years : take 15 to 30 ml per day;
- Children between 2 and 5 years : take about 5 ml, up to 3 times a day;
When used as a laxative Magnesium milk should not be used for more than 3 days without doctor's advice.
How Antacids:
- Adults and children over 12 years : take 5 to 15 ml, up to 2 times a day;
- Children between 2 and 11 years : take 5 ml, up to 2 times a day.
When used as an antacid Magnesium Milk should not be used for more than 14 days in a row without your doctor's advice.
For skin:
To use Magnesium Milk to reduce skin oil and fight bacteria, it should be diluted before use and recommended by adding an equivalent amount of water, eg dilute 20 ml of Magnesium Milk in 20 ml of water. then the solution on the face using a cotton.
Possible side effects

When not to take
