Taking a home remedy for cellulite is a great way to supplement the treatment that can be done through eating, practicing physical exercises and using cosmetic appliances.

- 1 cup boiling water
Method of preparation

2. Indian chestnut tea
A good home remedy for cellulite is to take Indian cashew tea because it is rich in escin, a very effective element against cellulite.
Ingredients
- 30 g cashew leaves of India
- 1 liter of boiling water
Method of preparation
Add the horse chestnut in 1 liter of boiling water and let stand for 20 minutes. Then strain and drink at least 3 cups of this tea per day.
The dried extract of horse chestnut is also indicated in the fight against cellulite, being even more concentrated. In this case, it is recommended to take 250 to 300 mg, 1 or 2 times a day for up to 6 months.
3. Horsetail Tea
Another good home remedy for cellulite, is to take the tea prepared with horsetail, because it increases the urinary frequency, being effective against the retention of liquids.
Ingredients
- 180 ml of water together
- 1 tablespoon dried horsetail leaves
Method of preparation
Boil the water together with the herb for 5 minutes. Then let stand for 5 minutes. Filter and have tea still lukewarm. Drink 4 times a day.
4. Green Tea
Green tea has in its constitution catechins, which are great for combating the retention of liquids due to its draining effect.

- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon of green tea

5. Massage with salt

- 1/2 melon
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 glass of water
- ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
Method of preparation
Beat all the ingredients in the blender and drink soon after, because 20 minutes after the juice is prepared, it loses its properties.
