Ingredients
- 15 g dried goji berry;
- 2 peeled oranges;
- 40 g of raspberries or 4 strawberries.
Method of preparation
Leave the Goji berry to soak in water for 15 minutes. Squeeze the orange and beat all the ingredients in the blender until homogenous.

Goji berry mousse is rich in fiber and protein and can be used for breakfast, afternoon snack or post-workout.
Ingredients
- ½ cup dehydrated goji berry tea;
- 1 pot of skim yogurt;
- 1 box of light cream;
- 2 unflavored gelatin envelopes;
- 1 cup of skim milk;
- 5 tablespoons of sweetener powder.
Method of preparation
Put the goji berry in water for 30 minutes, remove and shred the fruits. Dissolve 1 packet of gelatin in 300 ml of water, add the goji berry and 3 tablespoons of sweetener, mixing well. Beat in the blender the yogurt, the cream, the milk, 1 envelope of gelatin and 2 tablespoons of sweetener powder. Mix the goji berry gelatin with the cream of the blender and distribute in bowls, placing in the refrigerator until it has a firm consistency.
3. Fruit salad with Goji berry
The Goji berry salad can be consumed along with either lunch or dinner, and to use this salad in the afternoon snack, add to the recipe 1 whole pot of yogurt.
Ingredients:
- 5 strawberries or 1 diced apple;
- 1 tablespoon almonds or chestnuts;
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed or sesame;
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated goji berry;
- 1 tablespoon of natural skim yogurt (if it is for the snack)
Method of preparation
Mix all ingredients and serve ice cream. If necessary sweeten, add 1 teaspoon of honey.

This jelly can be used in breads, biscuits and toast in the afternoon snack or at breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dehydrated goji berry;
- ½ cup blackberry;
- 1 tablespoon chia seed;
- 2 tablespoons of green banana biomass;
- ½ cup of cooking sweetener.
Method of preparation:
Put the goji berry in water for 30 minutes and drain. In a pan over medium heat, add the blackberry, the culinary sweetener, the green banana biomass. After 5 minutes, add the goji berry and mix until the ingredients form a red broth. Turn off the heat, pass the mixture into a bowl, knead the ingredients with a fork and add the chia seeds, mixing everything until uniform. Serve cold.
