Kwell is a topical and capillary drug that uses permethrin as the active substance. This drug acts on the nerve cell membrane of the parasite causing its death.
Permethrin can also be found in pharmacies under the names of Nedax, Clean Hair, Pediletan, Piodrex.

Side effects
Burning; light and transitory sensation of needles.
Contraindications
Pregnancy risk B; breast-feeding; sensitivity to permethrin, synthetic pyrethroid or pyrethrin.
Mode of Use

Adults and Children over 2 years old
- Pediculosis (lice): Apply a sufficient volume of the product to wet the hair and scalp well, leave in the hair for 10 minutes, then wash the head.

- Scabies (scabies): Apply the lotion with a light massage on the whole body. The product should be removed during the bath, after 8 to 14 hours of application.
