How to Make Easter Egg Diet
To make Easter egg diet follow the instructions below:
Ingredients
- 500 g bar of diet chocolate (preferably half bitter)
- 100 g toasted textured soy protein
- 50 g toasted almonds
- 4 tablespoons of oats
- 100 g of tangerine buds already bathed in diet chocolate
Method of preparation
Melt the chocolate bar in a water bath and stir with a wooden spoon until it is even. Spread the melted chocolate on the kitchen countertop, preferably on the marble stone, and cool the chocolate, always stirring with a spatula. When the chocolate is at 36ºC, put in a bowl and add the soy protein, the roasted almonds and the oats, until everything is even.
Place a thin layer of this chocolate in a way to make Easter eggs and refrigerate for 5 hours. Then remove from the refrigerator and add another layer of chocolate and put back in the refrigerator. Repeat this procedure 2 more times. When the Easter egg is very dry, remove the form, carefully not to break, place the mandarin buds inside and wrap with colored cellophane paper and tie with a ribbon.
