- Chocolate, cakes and biscuits;

Milk, yogurt, and cheese should not be consumed in the full-fat version, but small amounts of light can be consumed.
Menu for autoimmune hepatitis
The menu for autoimmune hepatitis should be prepared by a nutritionist. Below is an example only.
- Breakfast - Watermelon juice with 2 toast
- Lunch - grilled chicken steak with rice and varied salad seasoned with a tablespoon of olive oil. 1 apple for dessert.
- Snack - 1 seed bread with cheese mines and a mango juice.
- Dinner - Hake cooked with boiled potatoes, broccoli and carrot, seasoned with a tablespoon of olive oil. 1 dessert pear.
Throughout the day, one should drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water or other liquids, such as tea, for example, but always without sugar.
