This is a lettuce salad with yogurt and shrimp sauce that yields 4 servings and each serving contains about 210 calories and therefore is an excellent recipe for varying the menu during the slimming diet.

- 1 small lettuce;
- 200 g of shrimp or crabmeat;
- 2 apples;
- 250 g of papaya papaya;
- 1 avocado;
- 1 lemon juice;

How to prepare the quick salad to lose weight:
Wash the lettuce well, drain and chop the leaves. Peel the papaya, the avocado and the mango, leaving the pulp clean and without lumps, cutting into thin slices. Place the fan-shaped fruits on the lettuce and add the lemon juice so they do not darken.
For the sauce, mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and the cream and set aside. Put the shrimp or crabmeat in the center of the salad and drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
