To eat this bread you can add 1 slice of white cheese or turkey breast, for example.
Ingredients
- 7 tablespoons oat bran
- 5 tablespoons of wheat bran
- 1 teaspoon of sweetener powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Half cup of skim milk
- 2 tablespoons skimmed milk powder
- 1 tablespoon light curd
- Salt to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method of preparation
Heat the oven to 180 ° C and spread a loaf of bread. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients apart from the yeast and add in the other ingredients already mixed. The yeast should be added after the already homogenized mixture. Then simply pour into the pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
