- 2 leaves of cabbage
- juice of 1 orange or 1 glass of water
Method of preparation
Preparing this home remedy simply wash all the ingredients well and cut them into small pieces. It is important to remove the seeds from the apple and subsequently add the ingredients separately into the centrifuge to reduce them to juice.
Another way to prepare is to beat all the ingredients in the mixer or the blender. The juice should be ingested at least 2 times a day.
