Ingredients
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 cup boiling water
- honey to taste
Method of preparation
Add the bay leaves in the boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Remove the bay leaves and sweeten it with honey. Tea should be drunk still warm when you notice the symptoms of poor digestion such as heartburn, belching and stomach feeling steamed after meals.
