After gymnastics it is important to eat especially foods with protein such as yogurt, eggs or vitamins to replenish energy and help build muscles as well as recover from minor injuries.
Therefore, in the first thirty minutes after gymnastics you can take:
- a eggnog with a whole egg, 1 solid yogurt and a teaspoon of sugar;
- a solid yogurt with a French bread with cheese mines;
- a liquid yogurt with 2 energetic bars;
- 300 ml of vitamin with the fruit of your choice;
- 1 sandwich with grilled chicken and a fruit;
- fruit salad with thin yogurt;
- 2 toast with cheese mines and 1 toddynho;
These are some examples of what can be eaten after the gym, but the quantities should be adapted to the type of exercise practiced, however, it is essential not to go without eating because besides causing loss of muscle mass the individual can go wrong.
