The woman at 30 is at the height of her sexual maturity having more desire and usually reaches climax more easily, but it is a phase in which it is due:
- Begin to do health check-ups regularly;
- Reassess eating habits and correct mistakes;
- Do regular exercise and maintain regular weight to prevent or delay the onset of sagging;
- Initiate anti-wrinkle treatments especially in the region around the eyes, mouth and neck, even before wrinkles appear;
- Sunbathing (just light) throughout the body is important for the bones because it is around this age that the woman begins to lose bone tissue.
The metabolism starts to get lazy and the cells renew more slowly. It is at this stage of prevention because the first wrinkles begin to appear and fat accumulates more easily in the abdominal region.
