- Adults and children over 12 years: mix 1 sachet of 5.85 g in 240 ml of water and drink 1 to 3 times a day;
- Children between the ages of 6 and 12: mix half a sachet of 5.85 g in 240 ml of water and drink 1 to 3 times a day.
