Abilify indication
Indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder.
For Bipolar Disorder:
Monotherapy - Abilify indicated for the acute and maintenance treatment of manic and mixed episodes associated with type I bipolar disorder.
Adjunctive Therapy - Abilify is indicated as adjunctive therapy to lithium or valproate for the acute treatment of manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder.

Abilify contraindication
People with allergies to aripiprazole or any component of the formulation. Bipolar disorder
The starting dose and the recommended target dose is 15 mg once daily as monotherapy or as adjunctive therapy with lithium or valproate. The dose can be increased to 30 mg / day based on the clinical response. The safety of doses higher than 30 mg / day has not been evaluated in clinical studies.
