According to the researchers the individual who takes a daily dose of Victoza manages to lose an average of 3 kilos per month maintaining their activities normally.
The weight loss is even greater when it is associated with a diet and the daily practice of physical exercises, being able to reach 5 kilos per month. The creators of the drug claim that it has few side effects and does not harm health, on the contrary, improves heart function, promotes feelings of satiety and decreases the risk of cardiovascular disease.
What caught the attention of experts was that the first patients to be treated with the new drug reported a weight loss of on average 7 kilos in 5 months, without making any dietary changes or exercise.
The weight-loss factor has been proven since, and endocrinologists already prescribe the Victoza not only to stop Diabetes but to lose weight. However, it should be noted that the remedy contains some contraindications and when it is associated with diet and exercise is even more effective.
