The remedies for intestinal candidiasis are used to balance the flora of the intestine and include taking yogurt with lactobacillus and bifidobacteria, such as Activia yogurt, for example.

Keeping the gut regular, avoiding constant diarrhea or constipation, will also help keep the intestinal flora balanced, preventing candidiasis from reoccurring.
