A great relaxing bath to relax tired and sore feet is the foot scrub prepared with coarse salt and essential oils because they have properties that help improve circulation, relax and revitalize the body's energy.
Ingredients
- 1 bucket or 1 bowl with warm water
- 2 tablespoons coarse salt
- 5 drops lavender essential oil
- 2 drops essential oil of rosemary
Method of preparation
Put all the ingredients inside the bowl or bucket with warm water and soak your feet in this water for at least 15 minutes.
To relax even more you can add some marbles in this water and rub your feet in these balls. After this period of relaxation, wash your feet with cold water and dry very well and give a good moisturizer to leave the skin soft and smooth.
To avoid tired feet what is recommended to do is to avoid too much standing time and always wear comfortable shoes.
