Copaiba is a medicinal plant, also known as Copaina-true, Copaiva or Copaiba balm, widely used to relieve inflammation, skin problems, wounds and open wounds, as it has anti-inflammatory, healing and antiseptic properties.

How to use copaiba oil
The most common way to use copaiba is through its oil, which can be found in pharmacies or in natural product stores.
To treat skin problems, a small amount of copaiba oil should be applied over the region to be treated and massaged gently until there is complete absorption of the oil. It is recommended that this procedure be done at least 3 times a day to ensure the best results.
Another option of using copaiba oil for skin and joint problems is by heating a small amount of oil, which, when warm, should be passed over the area to be treated up to 2 times a day.
In the case of respiratory or urinary diseases, for example, the consumption of copaiba capsules may be recommended, with the maximum recommended daily dose being 250 grams per day.
